Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 7 days after being delivered will not accept any returns after 7days.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Bri's Boutique and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our Distribution Center or returned in-person to our store location (please see the address listed below). Please keep in mind that in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

bodysuits, swimsuits, or undergarments are non-returnable.
If you could kindly print and fill out this form, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit and you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return. Please Note that we can only reimburse you a maximum of $5.00 USD if you include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.
Shoe Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Bri's Boutique. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 15 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be unworn.
- All Items must be in their original packaging.
- You must include the original invoice.
* Please note if you choose to return shoes to one of our locations, the return will be honored via store credit until shoes become available in our stores.

- Bring to Bri's Boutique location.
- All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts and accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We do not accept "Sale" items or bodysuits.
- Upon returning the item, you will receive store credit to use in-store. Keep in mind you have 30 days to use store credit.
Return by Mail
- Please print and fill out our return slip or include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept "Sale" items or bodysuits.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the returntracking information for your records. Bri's Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our store. Please allow 1-5 business days for returnprocessing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.
